Judging by the number of lawsuits filed against it over its short history, plus the frequent public apologies for being creepy, Facebook clearly likes to break the rules. That's good marketing if you want to appeal to the Pepsi (PEP) Generation and certainly wearing a hoodie at your IPO Prom plus taking a public toilet break just so the suits understand who's Big Day it was ... wasn't rude, it was cool ... awesome even!!
