Financial Conditions Index Screams Central Banks are Behind The Curve (Video)

We discuss the Chicago Fed National Financial Conditions Index (NFCI) as well as Bloomberg`s Financial Conditions Index in this video in regards to the fact that Financial Conditions should tighten after two rate hikes in four months, but instead they have loosened. The takeaway for Central Banks is that there is way too much liquidity sloshing around the financial system right now, and they are well behind the curve by a substantial margin. Central Banks need to start shocking Financial Markets with substantial Rate Hikes in the very near future as the bubbles keep building with another record close in the Nasdaq Composite Index - the Risk On Index for stock markets.
